Smart Start – Basic Plan Package

Smart Start is Earthen Home’s affordable house-plan package for homeowners who are beginning their home-design journey and need a practical place to start. At ₹2,999, the package is intended for plot owners and first-time homeowners who want to organise rooms, furniture, circulation and basic plot use before investing in a larger drawing set. It creates a clear architectural foundation for discussions with contractors, engineers and local professionals, while keeping the scope focused and budget-conscious.

The Smart Start Basic Plan Package includes a detailed 2D floor plan, room-wise dimensions and area statement, furniture layout, door and window positions, kitchen and toilet layouts, basic staircase planning, basic ventilation planning, site or plot utilisation planning, basic setbacks and open-space planning, and north-direction or orientation guidance. You also receive PDF drawings for discussion and one round of design revision. These deliverables help you understand the basic arrangement of the proposed home and how the available plot can be used.

For many homeowners, the first challenge is not choosing every finish or construction detail. It is getting the layout right before more decisions depend on it. Smart Start helps you move from an initial idea to an organised plan that can be reviewed and refined. It is particularly useful when you want to discuss room sizes, furniture placement, kitchen and toilet locations, access and plot planning with greater clarity.

This package is best suited to a small or straightforward residential planning requirement, including a new independent house or a first home on an owned plot. It is designed as an architectural starting point, not a complete engineering package. Structural drawings, MEP drawings and detailed engineering drawings are not included and may be required separately according to the project, contractor and approval requirements.

If you are searching for an affordable house plan in Indore, a 2D floor plan, basic plot planning or a budget-friendly residential layout, choose Smart Start from Earthen Home. It is a practical first step toward a clearer home-planning process.
