Premium Home is Earthen Home's turnkey construction and selected-interiors package for homeowners building a personalized residence. Alongside the common construction scope, it adds higher material allowances, detailed space planning, living-room and kitchen design, selected interior renders, kitchen cabinetry, partial false-ceiling coverage, decorative facade budget and lighting/fan allowance. Scope, room counts and material selections remain subject to approved drawings and the signed quotation.

A: INR 2,300-2,750 per sq ft, excluding applicable taxes, for the stated initial Indore budgeting basis.
Q: Is kitchen cabinetry included?
