Home Pro Premium Plan Package

Home Pro Premium Plan Package is Earthen Home’s comprehensive home design and architectural planning package for homeowners in Indore who want to prepare carefully before construction begins. Priced at ₹24,999, it is designed for a new house, villa, duplex or family home where clear planning is needed before discussions with contractors and specialist consultants. The process starts with the plot, required rooms, everyday movement, natural light, ventilation and the overall design direction, helping the proposed residence take shape as a practical, well-considered plan.

The package includes detailed architectural drawings for all floors, furniture layout, door and window schedule, kitchen and toilet layouts, site or plot plan, roof or terrace plan, front, side and rear elevations, building sections, and staircase plans and details. These drawings give homeowners a clearer view of room sizes, circulation, openings and the relationship between the different parts of the home. Home Pro also includes a 3D front elevation, exterior views and selected interior views, making it easier to understand the intended character of the house before work starts on site.

For early coordination, Home Pro includes preliminary structural planning from foundation to roof, including column, beam, slab and basic foundation layouts, together with staircase structural detail. It also covers basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC or ventilation layouts. This is preliminary coordination to support informed conversations with contractors and the structural engineering professional; it is not a substitute for detailed structural engineering, final structural calculations or detailed MEP engineering.

To support construction preparation, the package provides material recommendations, a material palette, approximate BOQ or quantity guidance, construction notes and PDF drawings for discussion and applicable approval submissions. Up to three rounds of design revisions are included, allowing the plan to be refined as requirements become clearer. Final approvals depend on the location, plot, project type and the relevant authority requirements.

Home Pro is best suited to residential plot owners and families who want detailed 2D house plans, 3D home visualisation, preliminary structural coordination and basic service planning in one defined scope. It gives you a stronger foundation for contractor discussions while making the package limits transparent from the start. Choose Home Pro to begin planning your home with greater clarity.
