Important Scope Information
- PDF drawing sets are the default deliverable format. Editable CAD/BIM files are excluded unless specifically agreed.
- Structural calculations, signed engineering drawings, certification and consultant responsibility must be explicitly defined in the written scope.
- Government fees, statutory charges, site visits and supervision are excluded unless separately quoted.
- HVAC layout, BOQ/quantity estimation, false-ceiling layout, and material/brand recommendations are excluded from the listed base packages.
- 3D view counts, revision rounds, built-up area and floor limits should be confirmed in the final quotation.
